PLUMBING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Plumbing Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on Invoice/Estimate Date by and between:

As Stipulated on the Invoice/Estimate

1. Scope of Work

The Company will provide the plumbing services as detailed in the attached invoice/estimate, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

2. Invoice/Estimated Costs

The total invoice/estimated cost of the project is as stipulated in attached Invoice/Estimate, including labor, materials, and applicable taxes. This invoice/estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change due to unforeseen circumstances or additional requests by the Client.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required for jobs more than $2000, before the work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via e-transfer to invoices@plumblink.ca, cash, debit and/or credit card.
Unpaid balances after 14 days from the invoice date may incur a late fee of 2% per month.

4. Changes to Scope

Any changes or additions to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Additional charges may apply for changes or unexpected issues not included in the original invoice/estimate.

5. Timeline

Invoice/Estimated Start Date: As soon as a confirmation is email to quotation@plumblink.ca or text send to +1(236)233-9696.
Invoice/Estimated Completion Date: This would be indicated on the attached invoice/estimate.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the timeline; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues, etc.) will not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

6. Permits and Regulations

The Company will obtain all necessary permits required for the work and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. However, if the Client chooses not to obtain the required permits for the attached invoice/estimate or job, any resulting costs, fines, or liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the Client.

7. Warranties

The Company provides a 6 month warranty on labor performed under this Agreement.
Materials are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond the Company’s control.

8. Liability and Insurance

The Company is insured for liability relating to the work performed. The Client agrees to release the Company from liability for any pre-existing damage or code violations not caused by the Company.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party breaches its terms.
If terminated, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed and materials purchased up to the termination date.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the attached invoice/estimate, represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing/accepting the invoice/estimate, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and the terms and conditions published on www.plumblink.ca and authorizes the Company to perform the specified work as outlined in the attached invoice/estimate.
